Shake well before use. Spray into your hand and apply generously and evenly over the entire body before each sun exposure. If you do not apply enough product, the level of sun protection will be considerably reduced. To ensure adequate protection, reapply frequently (at least every two hours), especially after sweating, swimming, towel drying, or prolonged sun exposure.
