Cancellations can be made online up to 48 hours before the appointment. If canceled between 48 and 24 hours, we’ll try to rebook the slot, otherwise, 50% of the treatment price is charged. For cancellations within 24 hours, 100% is charged if the time cannot be rebooked. No-shows are charged 100%.
